team you up on the right bids. Your actual bids, proposals, and pricing stay private, only you see them.
We never use your data to train any AI model.

As sponsor of this pilot, Calian may receive program participation metrics (registrations,
login activity, usage, opportunities presented, expressions of interest, and partnering signals). Publicus
will not share corporately sensitive information with Calian, including bid or proposal content, pricing,
bidding strategies, draft responses, and opportunities viewed but not actively pursued.
How we handle your data
- Canadian-hosted. Your data is stored on Canadian cloud infrastructure and does not leave Canada.
- No AI training, ever. We never use your data (documents, profile, queries, or anything you upload) to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, ours or any third party's.
- Never sold. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- Your rights. You can access, correct, or delete your information any time by emailing joe@publicus.ai.
A few things to know
- Participation is voluntary, you choose whether to sign up, and you can stop any time.
- There is no teaming or subcontractor agreement created by joining. Any teaming with Calian on a specific opportunity is agreed separately, per opportunity.
- Publicus is a third-party service Calian has engaged; your relationship with Calian VENTURES is unchanged by joining.
